Great news!
I am going to be teaching a Jewish Literacy (Melton Core) course on Wednesday nights 7-9:15 pm, starting Feb 6, 2103.
The class time of 7:00 pm - 9:15 pm is broken into two, 1-hour sections with a 15 minute break.

The curriculum is great for all levels of learners including:
- Students who are just beginning to delve into Jewish study with studies.
(i.e. considering conversion or have a family member who is Jewish)
- Students who have been studying for years and ready to go deeper into the texts and concepts.

We are going to be learning about Jewish values, beliefs, life-cycle
events, theology, community, and more. We will have 30 weeks together, so
we will really get to know the members of the class and learn a ton.
I am teaching the class with the other Haver rabbis, colleagues who I
enjoy working with and am sure you will like learning from. Such great
and varied teaching styles! Rabbi Gavriel Goldfeder, Rabbi Marc Soloway,
Reb Tirzah Firestone, Reb Ori Har, and Rabbi Jamie Korngold.
18 Pomegranates, a local foundation, is offering $300 scholarships and CAJE is offering additional $250, for a total of $550 scholarships per person!
