ceremony is conducted after the couple has received counseling and
a civil divorce. This ceremony does not constitute a halachic get,
however many couples find the Ritual of Release to be an emotionally
healing experience. This ceremony should take place in the presence
of witnesses, invited by the participants. After the ceremony, the
two participants will each receive a Document of Release. |
