Co-officiation:
Rabbi Bogage would be honored to co-officiate
at your wedding. He will work with you and the other clergy
to craft a ceremony that is true to your belief system and
comfortable for your families.
Rabbi
Bogage understands the myriad of challenges that exist when
you wish to create a ceremony that honors two faiths. He can
help you navigate this path in a way that will be meaningful
and relevant, and result in a ceremony that is true to who
you are as a couple.
Rabbi
Bogage has years of experience working with couples from a
variety of backgrounds. He has officiated at countless weddings
for both Jewish and interfaith couples and brings with him
a wealth of creative ideas for making your inter-faith wedding
unique.
If
you need a recommendation for a Christian clergy, he has a
minister with whom he works frequently. Their combined weddings
are seamless and inclusive.
If
you or your fiancee are Jewish and you are looking for a rabbi
who will co-officiate with a priest, minister or other clergy,
Rabbi Bogage may be able to help you.

Frequently
Asked Questions:
Q: What are the Rabbi's requirements for performing
an interfaith wedding with a co-officiant?
A: Nothing! No classes, no book lists, and no synagogue dues.
(Although he doesn't object to those!) For Rabbi Bogage,
its enough that you want to have Judaism at you wedding, and
he wants to make that possible for you.
Q:
How will we get to know the Rabbi?
A: The Rabbi meets with you for two to three
hours before your wedding ceremony.
Q:
What if we live out of town or don’t have
time for meetings?
A: Many of the Rabbi Bogage's wedding clients
live out of town and even overseas. You might choose to fly
in for one extended meeting, or do the work by Skype or phone. The
most important work can be done over the phone, in two sessions.
Q:
Will Rabbi Bogage perform ceremonies on Shabbat?
A: Rabbi Bogage will perform
a ceremony on Shabbat at the time of your choosing.
Q:
What are the Fees?
A: Rabbi Bogage's fees represent the time
and attention he gives to each couple. Ceremonies with co-officiation
take a little more time than when a clergy person works alone.
Rabbi Bogage will spend approximately twelve hours preparing
for each wedding. This includes meetings with the couples,
meeting with the other clergy person, writing a personalized
ceremony and officiating at the ceremony. To

Q:
Will Rabbi Bogage travel out of State or to other
Countries?
Rabbi Bogage is willing to travel outside of
Boulder and Denver to perform weddings, although the fees
do increase to account for the additional time required to
travel.
Q:How
does the payment process work?
A: Wedding couples pay a 50% deposit to hold the wedding date.
The final 50% will be charged on the day of your wedding.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.

What
Brides Say About Our Co-Officiation Wedding Ceremonies
With Non-Jewish Clergy: |
Dear
Rabbi Bogage,
David and I are so blessed to have found you!
We
searched everywhere to find a rabbi who would marry
us at a wedding alongside my childhood minister.
As you know, we are willing to have Judaism be part
of our children's lives, but the way all the rabbis
said, "No!" when we asked them to marry us,
we started to wonder if we wanted to have any Judaism
in our lives at all.
When
we heard out about you we were so relieved. The wedding
was perfect in every way. Thank you for making our guests
feel so welcome and included.
