30-60 min from Boulder (i.e. Golden, Denver, Nederland) +$250
1-2 hrs from Boulder ie Estes Park, Summit County, Eagle County +$1,000 + 1-night lodging
Other Location in Continental US +$2,500 & mileage plus /stretch-seating airfare, 1-2 nights lodging, ground transportation, travel expenses
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada & Overseas +$3,500 & mileage plus /stretch-seating airfare, 3 nights lodging, ground transportation, travel expenses

Payment Plan:
Please email us if you need a payment plan for just a ceremony. This is not currently available on the website.
We offer a monthly payment plan for $200, which will spread your payments over ten months. Today, you will be charged a $500 deposit plus the $200 payment plan fee. The balance due will be divided into 10 payments, due on the first of the month. If you register before the 20^th of any month, payments begin the month after you register. If you register after the 20^th of any month, your 1^st monthly payment will occur on the 1^st after a 30-day billing cycle has passed (e.g., if you register on or after May 21^st, your first payment will occur on June 1^st). Payment must be completed before the class ends. To accomplish this, in some cases, the duration of the payment plan will be truncated. There is a $35 fee for returned checks or failed payments, plus any fees charged by the bank.

Ceremony Date Change Fee:
There is a $250 fee for changing the date of your ceremony or moving from morning to afternoon. This is out of respect for other families who may have wanted to time/date you held.

Refunds:
All payment plan payments are non-refundable. If you pay in full, 50% of your payment is non-refundable. The remainder becomes refundable four months before the ceremony date.
