Adult Learning
Join Rabbi Alan Shavit-Lonstein and other adults who wish to increase their Jewish knowledge as we embark on an adventure of mind and spirit.
We are considering regular, online Adult Education classes focused on the stories and texts from our tradition that are in the Adventure Judaism mode. We will look at physical and spiritual journeys especially those that show an appreciation for the spiritual power of the outdoors.
In short: Adventure Torah
The details are still coming together, but for now they are:
- Ongoing, and online, second and fourth Wednesday of each month
- 6 pm MT, for one hour
- Classes will be independent and not linked to each other
- The first two sessions will be free
- Pay through a punch card system; only pay for what you attend
- Payment amount to be determined, based on interest
