  • $2,750 for non-members

Choose a Payment Method:
Today, you will be charged only $100.

1. Credit Card: If you opt to pay by credit card, there will be a 4% convenience charge. This will be charged by the bookkeeper after your initial  $100 payment.
2. ACH (Electronic Funds Transfer from Checking or Savings): To bypass the 4% credit card fee, you can use ACH for your payments. With this option, once you submit this registration form, your credit card will be charged $100. Upon receiving your registration, our office will email you the ACH form and an invoice.

The ACH form must be completed, signed, scanned, and emailed back to our bookkeeper within 5 business days of submitting the form below. If we do not receive it, one of two things will happen:

-If you opted to pay in full, the remainder of your balance will be charged on the credit card plus the 4% convenience fee.
-If you opted for the monthly plan, and we don’t have the ACH form by the time your payment is due, all subsequent monthly payments will go on the credit card plus the 4% fee until the form is received.

Discounts & Refunds:

-Monthly Payment Plan: Your initial payment will be a one-time service fee of $100. The remainder will be divided into 10 monthly payments, which are automatically withdrawn using ACH and are non-refundable. A few days after you register, you will receive an email from our office with a form to fill out to enable ACH withdrawals. If you would rather continue to use a credit card, you may but there will be a  4% convenience fee.
– Payment in Full: 50% of the full payment will be non-refundable. Four months before the event, the entire amount becomes non-refundable.

Travel Expenses:
-Travel Expenses generally include Tolls to and from the airport (approx. $24), airport parking (approx. $23 per day), or Lyft to and from the airport (approx $75/each way), air travel (economy plus seating), business or resort class hotel, ground transportation (i.e. shuttle, rental car, taxi) and meals.
