Weddings must be paid in full to secure your date. 50% of this payment is non-refundable. Of the remaining funds, 25% is non-refundable six months prior to your wedding date, and the remainder becomes non-refundable 60 days prior to your wedding date. There is a $250 fee for changing the date.

This form will serve as a contractual agreement for rabbinical services. Once we have received payment, you may contact the rabbi to arrange meeting times.

The following services are included:
1. Meetings
– If working with Rabbi Alan Shavit-Lonstein: Four meetings (1 hour each) for wedding planning/ preparation
– If working with other rabbis: Two (1 hour each) for wedding planning/ preparation

2. Document signing ceremony for the wedding party and immediate family
3. Personalized wedding ceremony

Because of the simplicity of the Jewish wedding, it is not our custom for the rabbi to lead a rehearsal. Rather, the wedding coordinator generally leads the rehearsal. If you do wish to have the rabbi’s presence at a rehearsal, there will be an additional charge.

(Please note: Our rabbis generally dedicate about 10 hours preparing for each ceremony. That is why they are so unique!)

The Bride and Groom will be responsible for the following expenses:
1. Rabbinical services.
2. All fees associated with the marriage license.
3. Costs associated with the venue
4. Travel Expenses:
For Rabbis Korngold, Shavit-Lonstein, and Goldsmith, if the venue is more than 100 miles from Boulder, the bride and groom will provide one-night lodging in a business or resort-class hotel.
– For out-of-state weddings, expenses include economy-plus/stretch seating airfare, ground transportation (to and from the rabbi’s home airport and also at the destination), two nights of lodging, and meals.

Estes Park, Allenspark, Highlands Ranch Colorado – $1,550
Colorado Springs, Summit County, or Vail, Colorado – $1,650 + hotel
Steamboat Springs or Aspen, Colorado – $2,250 + hotel
Other Locations in Continental US – $5,150 + plus travel expenses
Alaska, Hawaii & Canada – $5,650 + plus travel expenses, including 3 nights lodging
Out of Country – $6,150 + expenses including 3 nights lodging

Thank you for choosing the Adventure Rabbi team to work with you during this time of celebration. We are looking forward to getting to know your family and helping you create a unique and memorable wedding!

The following form will serve as a contractual agreement for rabbinical services. After you have submitted this form, you may contact the rabbi to arrange meeting times.

The following services are included:
1. Two one-hour meetings for wedding planning/ preparation.
2. Phone meeting one week before wedding.
3. Document signing ceremony for wedding party and immediate family.
4. Personalized wedding ceremony.
Note: We reserve the right to change officiants.

In addition to the wedding fee stated below, the Bride and Groom will be responsible for the following expenses:
1. All fees associated with marriage license. Legally, we cannot perform the wedding ceremony without the state-issued marriage license.
2. Costs associated with providing ceremony set-up including sound system, ketubah, huppah and kiddush cups if applicable.
3. For events 60 miles or more from Denver, one night lodging in a business or resort class hotel.

I indemnify, release, and forever hold harmless Adventure Rabbi: Synagogue w/o Walls, and all of their groups, directors, officers, guides, members, employees, agents, leaders, instructors, contractors, and volunteers, together referred to as "associates," from injury, death, or property damage, whether caused by the negligence of its associates or otherwise as a result of or in connection with, my participation in Adventure Rabbi activities. This release shall bind all of my heirs and successors. I further this indemnification to any of my children and/or wards in connection with Adventure Rabbi activities. This document is covered by the laws of the State of Colorado, and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Colorado. If any portion of this document is held as not enforceable or valid, the remaining portions shall remain in full legal force and effect. I hereby grant to Adventure Rabbi the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs or videos of me and my children / minors, or in which we may be included, for editorial trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter the same without restriction. I hereby release photographer and Adventure Rabbi from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

Because of the simplicity of the Jewish wedding and the distance between the rabbi's home and your wedding site, it is not our custom for the rabbi to lead a rehearsal. Rather, the rehearsal is generally led by the wedding coordinator. If you do wish the rabbi's presence at a rehearsal, there will be an additional charge. Please note that Adventure Rabbi reserves the right to substitute another clergy member for your ceremony.

To hold the date, payment in full is required. 50% is non-refundable. the remaining 50% is refundable until 30-days before your wedding date.
